I spend a good portion of time online (more than I'm going to admit). One thing that I have noticed is the excessive use of exclamation marks!!!!!!!!!!!!! It almost feels like they've lost some of their pizzazz from excessive use.

I know it is just a simple punctuation mark but I feel like it has been over used. I mean we don't seem to give it any respect. Now, I am by no means a punctuation expert but I do remember learning that you really shouldn't use more than one at a time. I will be the first to say that I break this rule all the time but I try to only use it when I need to but I do use it when appropriate.
I get that people are trying to say, "look at me, look at me!" but geez, let's give the exclamation point a little love.
